Table Terms & Conditions  

- Once the online booking process is complete your table is confirmed.

- Should you opt to pay by cheque, payment is due within one week of your online booking. If your booking is made in 2012, payment is due immediately and no later than Wednesday 22nd February 2012.

- Tickets will be sent approximately two weeks prior to the event, providing payment has been received.

- Dietary requirements should be submitted online to the Grosvenor House Hotel when ordering your wine, log in details will be sent to the email address given on your table booking approx 4 weeks prior to the event.

- Please note there may be strobe lighting effects at the show.

- Cancellations will be accepted and monies will be refunded (less 20% administration charge) up to and including Friday 2nd December 2011. No refunds will be made after this date. All bookings made after Friday 2nd December 2011 are required to make payment in full, even if the table is cancelled. No refunds will be given.
